A beautiful piece of 2000+ years old engineering! Enjoy charging your battery there during daytime on weekdays in particular (less crowded). There are two museums also to check located inside the theater.

Great place, but it was hot there (July month). Beware of guides inside the theater that wants to make money. You pay for a ticket before you enter. You don't need a guide. You can just walk around

This Roma Theater, step back 2,000 years in time. The visit to the ruins of amphitheater was fascinating. It once held 5,000 spectators, and I was told it is still used today for theater and entertainment. Cascading layers of steps leading to the new age stage was a beautiful fusion of past with the present. A must visit place for any tourist.

Roman Theater

Amazing place. Well maintained and organized. Be aware of weird people who acts as tourists guides. Only use the official guides who are excellent and friendly. Kids friendly. Make sure to have lot of pictures because there are a lot to capture.

Vast and well preserved. Excellent signage (with English) so you learn a lot. Go early in the morning so it’s cool. You’ll need 3 hours or more to see the whole site and you’ll walk a few km.

Very beautiful and an amazing city! For something so old to still be around and the intelligence behind it, it's mind blowing.

It's uneven so people have to be careful when walking.

There is hardly any shade, so bring a hat or an umbrella.

The Archaeological Site of Jerash

This Mosque has the softest carpet I've ever felt under my feet.  Definitely worth the cab ride to experience.  Women, be sure to cover your hair while on the premises.

High recommendation for visitors and tourism! Helpful people who working there. They let the women wear Islamic dress! Very nice! You get warm feelings while you’re inside the mosque!

A lovely experience. Very tourist friendly. Do maintain your decorum and be properly attired. Hijab and Burkha are available for free for ladies to enter.

Slow service as we spent over 45 minutes at the table after ordering waiting for the order to arrive for only 3 people!! ,with a noticeable increase in prices unexpectedly from a favorite restaurant for everyone.

Please focus on hygiene levels, .. Our comments indicate our love for your restaurant only.

Good: price , quality and quick

Bad: no menu , no meat and all based in hummus and falafel..  so similar taste

If are are new to Jordan and Amman , I would recommend thus place.. but if you've already been to Jordan then you can give it a miss.. my experience is food is similar to other places in Jordan

Such good food for good price. The service is nice and super fast. I loved the hummus. If you are in Amman you should definitely stop here.

Hashem Restaurant Down Town

Beautiful place in center of Amman with great view of the city from each direction. Especially nice during sunset. Good descriptions of points of interest in English. Would definitely recommend to visit if travelling to Jordan together with a walk through crowded streets full of life below and a dinner in one of restaurants on Rainbow Street. Great one afternoon/evening stop if you fly to Amman and continue to rest of Jordan.

Very nice place, well organized.
I went there with my wife and a group of friends who came from out of town. We enjoyed it there, beautiful and ancient.
You can use Jordan pass to enter or buy a ticket on the door, no big queue.
We went in Nov, it was cold.
Very helpful staff. Recommended for tourists.

Really interesting ruins in the heart of Amman. Lovely views of Amman from here. You can easily spend a couple of hours here learning about the history,culture and admiring the views. There is a little museum on site, which was quite informative. A guide (at the right price) would enhance the experience.
