Amman Citadel

Beautiful place in center of Amman with great view of the city from each direction. Especially nice during sunset. Good descriptions of points of interest in English. Would definitely recommend to visit if travelling to Jordan together with a walk through crowded streets full of life below and a dinner in one of restaurants on Rainbow Street. Great one afternoon/evening stop if you fly to Amman and continue to rest of Jordan.

Very nice place, well organized. I went there with my wife and a group of friends who came from out of town. We enjoyed it there, beautiful and ancient. You can use Jordan pass to enter or buy a ticket on the door, no big queue. We went in Nov, it was cold. Very helpful staff. Recommended for tourists.
