Absolutely beautiful. Relatively quiet when we were there, only a couple of others. Best to get here in the morning and stay for most the day as the trek back up can be exhausting. If you’re wanting to get the bus back from the little village instead of walking down back into la spezia on week days the last one was at 7:45.

I'm in love with this beach!  Getting to it is really very long and difficult, but the solitude is worth it!  Compared to easily accessible beaches, there are really very few people there!  Most likely you will have to lie on large stones, so I recommend taking not only towels, but also a carimate if possible!  Be sure to take plenty of water with you, as the climb from the beach is really very difficult and takes more than an hour!  And don't forget about food if you want to spend the whole day by the sea.  If you go there early in the morning, you will not find a single person, at this time we managed to swim naked, which was immensely pleasant.

The location and the views are stunning. It wasn't at all crowded, but it is very hard to reach. It's a one hour walk from Campiglia. The beach itself is not sand but stones, which is also true for the bottom of the sea. At first I thought it wasn't gonna be a problem, but honestly it made the whole experience a bit less enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing place which I would definitely recommend you visit, but keep in mind that it's quite the hike getting there.
