Transatlantic Restaurant Hotel

Wonderful hotel - quiet, fantastic views over the marina with Vesuvio in the background. Staff were exceptional - helpful and considerate at all times. Food was great - the best in the local area for dinner (we tried other places) and breakfast was lovely outside watching the mussels loaded onto the boat by the local fishermen and seeing the boats in the marina gently moving on the water.

The best of the restaurant might have been the location with the view over the yachts and the Vesuv. The service was bad. We were ignored at the entrance waiting to be seated. No one of the guys working there was smiling. Everyone totally serious. We felt not welcome nor very comfortable. The food was average up to okay.
