Il tour del plancton bioluminescente da la possibilità di vedere diversi dei posti più belli di Krabi. Ci sono diverse opzioni, io ho scelto quella al tramonto che ti permette di vedere meglio il plancton nell'oscurità. Ho messo una foto per farti capire, in realtà è impossibile fotografarlo, lo vedrai nell'acqua facendo snorkelling. 
Io ho fatto il tour con TripAdvisor, ma sono stata molto insoddisfatta per come si sono comportati, quindi ti consiglio quello con GetYourGuide.
C'è una tassa di 200 baht (circa 5,40 euro) da pagare all'inizio per il parco nazionale.

Il Tempio della tigre è stupendo e consiglio assolutamente di vederlo. Ha una vista unica a 360 gradi che permette di vedere tutti i dintorni. Questo tempio contiene un labirinto di grotte naturali, che sono state formate dalle rocce della montagna e in cima ha un santuario chiamato Wat Tham Sua. Per raggiungerlo bisogna salire 1237 scalini. Non ti nascondo che sia una salita molto ostica, specialmente con il caldo. Io sono arrivata in cima dopo più di un'ora ed ero a pezzi, ma ne è valsa la pena! Lungo il cammino troverai tantissime simpatiche scimmiette che ti terranno compagnia (non toccarle mi raccomando!).

At the onset, I need to state that I did not attempt to make it to the top.  It was part of the plan.  My comments are on what is at ground level, and as the heading states, the tiger cave temple itself.  Bathed in history and tradition, this a beholding sight to see.  Wonderful statues, amazing architecture and a serene calmness,  There is a very impressive Buddhist temple that is still under construction on the ground level.  Even though it is unfinished, what still stands is breathtaking.  Wow.

Great experience to do ! The ticket costs 50 baht. With a good shape is possible to climb to the top in 30-35min. The panoramic view is amazing. I did it for the sunrise, you have to be at the top around 5:45am, the color shade was very nice, I was alone and the temperature is better at this time. A must-have in Krabi !!!

You can also do the cave tiger hiking, begin at the bottom, around 30min-45min for this hiking. There are spider webs and the caves was not really interesting, it it's not worth the detour for the Tiger Cave.

The climb to the top is not easy but absolutely worth it. Don't give up! Each step gets you closer to the amazing view at the top. Take you time. Don't rush it. Took us 2 hours to get to the top mainly because we had to take many stops due to my wife's swollen knee. She wouldn't let that stop her. We traveled almost 9000 miles to make that journey and nothing stopped us from doing  it. Views at the top were absolutely amazing!

Wat Tham Suea: il Tempio della tigre

L'Emerald pool è una meta molto gettonata. Ci sono tre piscine naturale, nell'Emerald pool si può fare il bagno, mentre negli altri è vietato. Il posto è in mezzo a una specie di jungla, è molto carino, ma lo consiglio solo se hai tanto tempo, altrimenti non ne vale la pena. 
Il biglietto costa 5euro, non si possono portare né cibo né bevande dentro. 
In caso tu decida di vederlo, ti suggerisco di passarci una giornata, essendo un po' fuori Krabi (quasi 2h di scooter).

The most exciting natural pool I have visited.
The experience was amazing. We had been in July, 2024. That slight drizzle and cool weather and swimming in the pool have a different experience all together. It’s a 800 meter walk from the drop point through the mangrove/jungle, which in itself amazing.

The place is clean and tidy. Well maintained.
They even do a water test every month to check for the water feasibility for swimming.

Washrooms are near by, again clean.
Paid shops available which hold water and other cold drinks. Many miss this place. But it’s a must visit place if in Krabi.

Entry costs 400 baht for an adult and 200 baht per child. When prices are like this, it makes it less about the natural beauty and more touristy. I enjoyed the scenery and liked swimming in the emerald pool. The blue pool another 600 meters on is beautiful to look at (no swimming in it). I think with a bit of research, you could find other natural spots to visit that don’t cost as much and are less busy.

Beautiful place. Walking along the trail of greeny n ponds with the sounds of birds chirping all d way to d pool. What more amazing is that the pool is so so beautiful n can't wait to jump in. So refreshing to b in the pool. U hv to walk 800m to the pool but when u saw the pool of beautiful emerald it really ease yr tiredness.

Emerald Pool

Krabi è il posto ideale per passare un Capodanno! Ho cenato al mercato vicino al mio hotel, ascoltando musica dal vivo. Poi verso le 22.00 sono andata a Ao Nang Beach, dove c'è tutta la vita notturna (stai attento, sono tutti folli!). Ho preso un buonissimo drink dentro a dei bicchieri fatti di bambo e ho aspettato la mezzanotte. Allo scoccare del nuovo anno il cielo si è riempito di fuochi d'artificio, mentre la gente rilasciava delle lanterne luminose (che puoi acquistare a 50 centesimi). E' sicuramente stato un Capodanno alternativo, ma lo consiglio. 

Capodanno a Krabi

Pro: 
- ottima posizione
- hotel super pulito con piscina
- colazione buonissima (cambiava ogni giorno)

Cons:
- affitto motorini a 10euro al giorno (rispetto agli altri molto di più)

The Tiger Temple is stunning and I absolutely recommend seeing it. It offers a unique 360-degree view that allows you to see all of the surroundings. This temple contains a labyrinth of natural caves formed by the mountain's rocks, and at the top is a shrine called Wat Tham Sua. To reach it, you have to climb 1,237 steps. I won't deny that it's a very tough climb, especially in the heat. I reached the top after over an hour and was exhausted, but it was worth it! Along the way, you'll find lots of friendly monkeys who will keep you company (please don't touch them!).

Wat Tham Suea: The Tiger Temple

Krabi is the perfect place to spend New Year's Eve! I had dinner at the market near my hotel, listening to live music. Then around 10 PM I headed to Ao Nang Beach, where the nightlife is all the rage (be careful, everyone's crazy!). I had a delicious drink in bamboo glasses and waited for midnight. As the new year struck, the sky filled with fireworks, while people released lanterns (which you can buy for 50 cents). It was definitely an alternative New Year's Eve, but I recommend it.

- Great location
- Super clean hotel with pool
- Delicious breakfast (changed daily)

Cons:
- Scooter rental for €10 per day (much more than other hotels)
