It's amazing to see how talented people were so many years ago. Beautiful views. Bring a hat or an umbrella.

A nice historical place to visit and have a nice spiritual moment of peace. The mosaics are so nice and well preserved. The church is a mix of historical and modern and it was nice. There is a small museum next to it with some ancient relics too.

View is out of this world. You can see Jericho and Jerusalén on a clear day. Grounds are well kept, and clean.

The park has 2 locations nearby. Very nice and large mosaics. Included in Jordan Pass.

Captures all the finds in Madaba.
Can be easily skipped if short on time.

Madaba Archaeological Park

This was a beautiful site. I recommend going in the spring when the water level is higher to get the full effect. I visited later in the year and the water was very low. There is a nice set of trails that guide you through the area allowing for all the photo opportunities you want. Highly recommended. Also, carry water with you. You won't have the chance to purchase any until you get back to the beginning.

The Baptismal Site of Jesus is a gorgeous location with a lot of history. You can definitely tell that this location has been made for tourism unfortunately, but regardless, this is another must visit in Jordan. I would recommend this place to my closest friends and family.

This place have big historical value but overall condition of it is poor. It has so much potential but nothing was done in a long time. It’s there just to collect money from visitors 😓
